Het is te zien dat de film industrie van Disney weer in gang begint te schieten. We werden terug met verschillende pareltjes verwend en dat levert ook zeer veel Oscar nominaties op. In totaal heeft Disney 23 Oscar nominaties op zijn naam staan. Opvallend is de Oscar voor beste animatiefilm. Hierin zitten 5 nominaties, waaronder 3 afkomstig zijn van onder het dak van Disney (Encanto, Luca, Raya en de Laatste Draak).
